Bungie already said cheating has no excuses. Action will be quick and justified.
This kid cheated.
He was attempting, and thought he was in the process without guilt, also showing fans, to cheat.

30 RepliesYou are a fool. Have you ever speed leveled by getting a high level to run with you as a low level at max difficulty??? Bet you have. The kid thought the bloke could level his characters quickly. He was deceived to believe by a lie that a glitch existed that enabled someone to quickly levels ace you ever played a glitch? Did you ever stand by the loot cave? Did you cheese Atheon? Did you cheese the Templar? Mths senate all glitches.... Exploiting them is no different to doing what the kid believed someone was going to do for him. In addition, while im at it, this attitude 'that the kid deserved it' is outrageous. The person who deceived him used deception and lies to gain the trust of a young person who is not psychologically equity to deal with that level of deception. People do FAR FAR FAR worse things than this but the structure behind it isn't really all that different. It's a fine line and in my opinion, Bungie should take a no mercy rule to this kind of thing. Ba hammer should fall. Re the kid and any rewards or help, Bungie shouldn't offer any as it sets a precedent for whiners to whine. Any time or effort that other people offer is their business.
