I've been hearing through the grapevine that supposedly people have traced this artists works and then sold those plagiarized pieces to free databases. (Don't quote me on that though, I can't source that claim credibly) It's definitely not a good look, but using iconography from databases like that is pretty common in graphic design, especially for triple-a studios. Chances are that this is not as cut and dry as it looks, it almost never is.

The first picture they have, yeah. The second one, though. If their trying to claim that any triangle arrow shapes are exclusively owned by them because they made a very basic double triangle image, then they aren't going to win on that one. 2 triangle arrow shapes definitely can't be plagiarized. It's way too basic and simple. The first one, on the other hand. As long as they can prove without a doubt that it was their art and made before bungie used it in Marathon and that it wasn't uploaded to be used freely.
