17 RepliesEdited by Zodleon: 4/23/2025 3:29:10 AMImo you give icarus dash to a warlock with blink and lightning slide, with storm caller is just asking for a confluence of abilities as annoying as smoke + clone + swarm, and for one or all of those things to be hit with a nerf. Edit: To clarify a concern, momentum based things have a habit of interacting in unintended ways. Like shatter, well, bubble, and snap skating. Ironically, Icarus is a good example of why this is probably a bad idea to ask for.

Of course I'm all for it but it's a sorry sight when you know there's only one or two functional abilities that keep you tied to a Subclass. They should just mold all our subclasses into Prismatic Tbh. We should be more powerful every seasons/episode/expansions and as we progress on our journey.

Icarus dash and shatter dive should not be Aspects rather just part of movement tech for their classes and should be tied to their class ability and take away a slight portion on use Kinda like how shoulder charge works when used movement

1 ReplyIn general Prismatic needs to be grown. All Aspects & Abilities need to introduced to the Subclass. We are going to enter nearly one straight year of Pris Titan dominating the game. Fortunately, this Artifact & Sandbox have provided us competitive alternatives in the form of Arc, Banner & Void builds. Another development that MUST take place is the introduction of Stoicism on base Subclasses. We have rolls that are entirely useless for Prismatic that would dominate on the other Subclasses.

For PVP > as a voidlock I couldn't give 2 shihts about prismatic needs (that lightning surge is some of the most idiotic stuff I've ever seen) But give me Icarus Dash on void 🤘... and to quote the late Mad Martigan "I'll win this war for you". However, I do agree in PVE that giving all warlocks icarus dash makes the game way more FUN. I exclusively use solar warlock when doing BS stuff in the game simply because of dash. -
They probably won't for the sake of balance to have more things to sell
