I get consistently error coded while doing solo flawless Sundered Doctrine in the same spot every time. It is right after second encounter, after the mini golf part. I drop down the waterfall and then walk into the first room with dread and hive knights. The enemies do not aggro on to me and then I error code out. This has happened at least 3 times in a row now. One time I was able to make it through with none of the enemies targeting me but, once I got through to the worm/enter puzzle room, I was unable to pickup any lenses and the only solution was to wipe. I can provide videos of the error coding out and the inability to pickup lenses
