1 ReplyWeight gate helped as well as hurt players. Denying that only serves to illustrate your lack of understanding of what is / was happening. The TRUE problem with weight gate is a lack of communication (in this case, because Bungie didn't even know about it). If Bungie told us up front that certain rolls are more likely, then no problem. It's only an issue because they told us something else. Finally, I agree that an emblem is not enough. I would prefer to be able to choose 3 weapons to craft or build perfectly or something similar to that.

Yes and their answer to all this misleading players is free loot….in the new dungeon. Talk about a slap in the players faces

This is the third or fourth time they’ve been caught denying a cheat system existed until players gathered the data to prove them wrong. Why anyone trusts them is beyond me.

2 RepliesMaybe the lesson from all of this is not to spend hour upon hour, day after day chasing a particular roll for a particular weapon. Even if Bungie fix this and provide more in game compensation than a couple of emblems can you 💯% trust that a similar thing won’t happen again ? And if the trust’s gone what impact would that have on some people’s ongoing level of investment in the game.
