I heard that there’s gonna be class exclusive exotic glances in Witch Queen. I would hate a repeat of the Ace/Fabian/Tlaloc situation. I would’ve loved to have used ace on my warlock, or tlaloc on my Titan in D1. And I would honestly love to use crown splitter/quickfang on other classes!
im not even gonna mention the warlock sword
1 ReplyEdited by Sweet Lew 88: 2/1/2022 4:57:13 PMIt's probably to make us want to make one of each guardian. There will probably be some lore tied to it. I'm sure it will be fine.

1 ReplyI want to use bubble on my hunter and celestial nighthawk on a warlock

4 RepliesCant wait for Warlocks to get the short end of the stick again 😜

I'm still disappointed with Eternity's Edge being generic af too. Would love to get a warlock exclusive with different abilities again like Tlalic.

6 RepliesEdited by Ghostfire239: 2/2/2022 2:51:33 PMI think class exclusives are awesome (in controlled doses of course). They give the classes a little more uniqueness. Besides seeing a Hunter running around with a Crown-splitter/Aggressive Frame Sword or a Titan with a Quickfang/Lightweight Frame Sword would just be weird.

1 ReplyBungie 12 hours this is posted: “check out the new class exclusive exotic glaives, the Titan one can put a bubble down.”

5 RepliesI like having them. Diversifies your class more. Obviously nothing can be too OP but I’d like to see more exclusive stuff

16 RepliesEdited by FloodZ: 2/1/2022 4:14:52 PMSo titans have an additional, super-useful bubble that benefits the entire fireteam. Warlocks have an additional healing AOE that benefits the entire fireteam, and Hunters have...Trinity Ghoul in their heavy slot. (Edit: in their special slot, so they get a Trinity Ghoul stick; thanks for correcting me) Titans get additional, improved glacier grenades, Warlocks get improved coldsnap grenades, and hunters...deal more reflected damage in very specific circumstances with their underpowered arc subclass. This seems so situational that it's basically useless, especially with the nerf to super energy generation and base cooldown times, ESPECIALLY in PVP. I don't mind class-specific exotics, but at least try to give them parity, which I just don't see with these. Another reason (barring some spectacular news when more details are released) to prefer other classes over Hunters in LFGs.

6 RepliesEdited by Infamous067: 2/1/2022 8:15:57 PMThe warlock one is already pissing me off, why the F do these devs keep forcing warlocks to be healers? I chose warlock back in D1 because bungie promoted a battle mage, not a freaking support mage

1 ReplyI’m not opposed to class specific items. Don’t really see why it’s a big deal to people.

1 ReplySo I can shoot stasis as well as healing turrets come Witch Queen?

1 ReplyFalling Guillotine is better than the warlock sword ever was AND it can be used by all classes. You’ve been slightly misinformed. Glaives themselves are going to be class specific, but not in the way that you think. All Glaives will have the base stab and shoot. Titan Glaives will be able to make mini-bubbles. Warlock Glaives will be able to make healing turrets. Hunter Glaives will be able to chain lightning through enemies. As far as I’m aware the Glaives don’t have to be exotic to do these things, though I could be wrong. These abilities could also depend on what element the Glaive is as well. So keep that in mind. Bungie hasn’t shown their whole hand just yet.

I don't mind it so long as they are comparable. The titans side in destiny 1 was...not fair at all.

1 ReplyI hope they don't like the glaive they show in a trailer I really won't be happy if titan got a other bubble while my Warlock only have a other freaking healing abilities
