Answer my question. Why do they have them as bounties instead of them being possible rewards from activites players would enjoy like E.P. Blindwell, and The reckoning?
Who would it harm if you didnt attach cores to infusion? No one. It makes no sense. I would enjoy my time in destiny a lot more doing the things i enjoy as opposed to doing thinks that i dont.
If i just play the game i dont accumulate cores.... if you do the bounties on all 3 of the characters you get 28 cores..... those play sessions are not quick. It is a long process before you can play what you want.
When you have to convince me the job is Good instead of me convincing you i am good for the Job we have it backwards. Dont you see that?
If the player perception is i am not having fun, im out. you should not have to convince them to play. Period.
Everytime we get new content this issue pops up like crazy. Do you really think the problem is with the players or with the game????
stop telling the player how to play. That is the MAIN ISSUE. dont you see that?
Doing spider bounties is play flow disruption......half the bounties are standing around waiting for an HVT...
you do realize it is not difficult to obtain enhancement cores via bounties right? just because something is inaccessible doesn't make it "Hard". if you need a reference to what hard means just look at the game Sekiro.....They don't Lock you out of bosses to make it hard.....Hard is determined by how skilled you are against a tough challenge.
why is it that enhancement cores cannot drop from challenging activities like every other Normal game? Look at warframe for example....they do not dictate how many times you can farm a certain material. why? because they value player time and understand what it means to create an actual grind. what we currently have in destiny in regards to enhancement cores is directly relate-able to Mobile Game Tactics. the only difference is we are not paying to Progress we are locked out of progression.
instead of them being tied to activities for some reason players are okay with this bounty method because somehow not being able to farm something Equates to it being Hard...
Edit: Love it how everyone defending cores refuses to answer the main Question!😇😇😇

5 RepliesEdited by Remi: 4/26/2019 5:42:24 PMWhy are most of these complaints from console users that use English as a second language and then half of those people have not played in months and only have one Guardian close to 600 LL? "Answer my question. Why do they have them as bounties instead of them being possible rewards from activites players would enjoy like E.P. Blindwell, and The reckoning?" They are already available through those methods via masterworked items. You can do that ALONG with bounties to get cores every day. That's the way it is. End of story. "https://raid.report/ps/LuxZenRa" Why do you even care? You hardly play. You, like most of these post are by people that just want to complain for attention and want to argue with people. These are the characteristics of being a child. When you're an adult you are going to look back on this post and feel embarrassed. You don't NEED to be 700. If you aren't 700 after all this time that's your own fault. You need to get out. You're way too angry about this.

agreed and the should rework those spider bounties they are not fun at all nobody does them and you have to grind to get ghost fragments just to buy them which is ridiculous

1 ReplyIt's alright, they've purposefully created another uproar to try and make people forgot about this one. It's the new Bungie way. In all honesty though can someone explain just what the Heck is happening to Bungie? Their ineptitude is increasing with every TWAB.

8 RepliesThree weeks of an event where you can get at least six a day for just playing the spring event seems pretty fair. There are plenty of opportunities to get cores, but players aren’t utilizing these. 🤷🏿♀️

1 ReplyIMO the infusion process should be quick, cheap, and painless. You’ve already made the “impactful meaningful decision” by deciding this is the armor/weapon you want to carry into a fight. I liked it better in D1 when infusing was simple but weapons and armor had to be upgraded to unlock perks. When you decided to do that, you were making that decision Bungie seems to crave.

2 RepliesYou forgot the 5th option OP!! Make them harder to get and increase the costs 2x so our choices becomes more impactful! This way we can slow down the progression to only the super, ultra, mega, hyper-dedicated fans! The ones who love you unconditionally, no matter what stupid sh*t you do! :p

2 Repliesthe devs only talking about luna/nf nerf even though it's more than a month away to hide the masterwork posts
-
Pay no mind to the brown nosing bdf members they just hate people who think for themselves and don't blindly do as scumgie tell them to.
-
4 Replies152 folks so far basically disagree with removing cores in one way or another, and have a feeling its a lot more than that to be honest. That tells me one thing, its not going to change. I stand neutral on this, neither bothers me or makes me a happy camper either way *shrugs*
-
2 RepliesThe thing is, if you don’t own Forsaken you have no way of getting Enhancement Cores which means you cannot infuse ANYTHING!
-
I'm done w the game as soon as I get Chronicler during the next Shattered Throne in 3 weeks. After that I'm done w the game. The handling of time gates, enhancement cores, the recently terrible and unnecessary nerfs, and the horrendous RNG has me spent. Let's not forget that BungLe bans EC threads now.

"Cores should stay in infusion" Can you answer the main question OP has listed why and not refuse then?

4 Replies#LeaveEnhancementCoresAlone

if you just spent half the time grinding for cores, that you spend on the forums crying about them, you would have no issues with them. just saying.
-
Enhancment Core Compromise I think we should upgrade our weapons by using them, similar to D1. And if people are so bent on keeping cores use them to fully upgrade a weapon to a masterwork. If people want to use cores to skip the upgrading process of using the weapon then fine, let them. So in this process I'd get a new gun and I can upgrade it to level 9 by simply using it or if I wanted, I could use cores to upgrade then and there. Then once it's a level 9, I'd have to use cores to fully upgrade it to a level 10, a masterworked gun. This way, we won't use cores upgrading weapons we don't know if we really like if we didn't choose to. This also keeps the cores if people are so bent on keeping them and uses them in a similar sense people are use to. Keep the way in which we obtain cores the same as it is now, weekly clan rewards, random drop, scrapper bounties, etc. Oh and the new gunsmith bounties I've heard about should still be implemented as well. Thoughts?

1 ReplyThe entire destiny franchise is being mishandled by bungie.
-
1 ReplyI don’t need to answer the question. Before September 2018 there was no problem with cores, now, since the change they are a huge problem. Bungie messed this up plain and simple.
-
3 Repliesbungie created this problem themselves , all the had to do is do nothing about infusion and the result would have been better also if they didnt do anything just copy pasted D1s framework onto D2 the game would have been so much better
-
1 ReplyLol at the 5%.. clearly blind fanboys.
-
2 RepliesDamnit, only one choice...
-
1 ReplyThey're -blam!-ing annoying whenever a new content gate...errr, I mean level cap comes out, but once you reach it after several months they aren't so bad!
-
I'd say lower the price of it altogether. I made a post about this a while ago, but I'm just saying suggestions that could benefit both sides. Plus, it kinda needs come back into the eyes of everyone again, including Bungie.
-
1 ReplyJust remove them so I can explore these forums without seeing people -blam!- about them constantly.
-
8 Repliesthat one player that chose bungie is always right...........SMH!!!!!!!!!!!!
