Edit - The reason the exotic has been nerfed is the new artifacts coming in RoI. How they'd effect the idea of shoulder charge with a small cooldown. Imagine infinite sprint with a shoulder charge that is ready every 5 seconds. You get the point...

18 RepliesThe truth is... Shoulder charge needs to be... Looked at... because I /never/ play titan in crucible, played in crucible with a titan for the first time in over a year, put on shoulder charge, and it was instantly freaking easy mode. Just tackling everyone all over the place. There seems something wrong when something that is a consistent one hit kill can be used effectively by someone who has little to no experience with that class... If hunters throwing knives and trip mines which needed a great deal of skill and took time to learn how to use correctly needed to be nerfed because they allowed for one hit kills whene ver the skill was "up", then why should titans already equipped with fist of panic, electric grenades which will often kill you before you can escape area of effect, and a melee which will usually one hit you, also get a one hit melee that can be used infinitely. How about they /not/ nerf shoulder charge, and just buff the other two character classes so they have something which is comperable?

I'm still not sure this was all that necessary, maybe the tracking stuff, but either way, I don't find it particularly difficult to stop a Shoulder Charge. They kind of just run across the map at you. Plan C or a sidearm rips most rushers a new one.
