Rise of Iron Pre Order Xbox One
I need some help with pre ordering rise of iron on Xbox One. When I go to the store page the pre order button is greyed out. I've been playing The Taken King for months one the Xbox One so I don't understand why I cannot pre order rise of iron. I can't even pre order the upgrade (I bought the taken king on the xbox 360 as well) because it says its not available until the 18th. What can I do here?

I get a small grey screen all the time so I wait then it appears if not exit then try again always worked for me on the second try

From what i've read before, you will be able to preorder 'by' sept19th. No idea why its all gone belly up on orders. I have pre ordered on xbox one in the short time it was openly available. Good luck mate!

If you're signed in and you are still experiencing issues pre-ordering, you may wish to contact Xbox Support to see if there is an issue with your licenses. Please note that you can only pre order Rise of Iron if you own the licenses for The Taken King on your Xbox One.
