Sometimes the spark turns up with another character or after a re-set of your system. The main thing is the Spark is a useless gimmick. All it does is boost your lv to 25 and that is it. The normal levels (1 to 40) are that quick to blast through while doing the story and daily bounties that the Spark is not needed. if anything it distracts players from 2 things which are more important and the Spark has no affect on: Completing your Sub-classes to unlock everything that your character can do. Your light level is where the true power is and that is from equipment which you need to find/buy ( which means playing the game)' Don't forget you are only given one Spark so any other characters would have to go through the not slow old fashioned method.

What GreatCyberboy said. While the store-bought Spark is kind of cool in that it comes with the lvl25 spark and a max-subclass Spark... The one that came with TTK only upgrades you to level 25, which doesn't take that long A) Reset your console cache and see if that helps. Most consoles require pulling the power plug for 5 minutes. B) After installing Taken King it would have been in the post office of the FIRST character you LOGGED INTO after installing. If you deleted said character, the spark is gone. If you never picked it out of the post office from a character you played a bunch since, then most likely it got destroyed to make more room in the post office once it was full. While recently some store-bought sparks had a bug that took a day or two to grant them... Taken King sparks were likely not affected.
