Rising Anarchy is recruiting. (topic) Hello all, Rising Anarchy is an Xbox One clan. We have been a clan of around 45 members for longer than 8 months now and constantly growing. This is a great clan to game with or just hangout with. Our ages range from 20-54 however, we have three younger ones but they're an exception.
