So who else stopped doing the raid?
Haven't done it for a month now.
Edit: As of June 08 the thread is still active and we're still getting responses from many forumers that they had stopped doing the raid and that the game is stale. If Bungie is reading, you might want to consider bringing out some temporary activities (like srl) while we wait for the next dlc

Haven't done it since the update. The grind to 320 doing the raid got old doing it so much so haven't done it since. I've really enjoyed doing POE and actually getting good guns and armor rewarded it's been great.

Did it on normal a few times when it came out. My clan all left the game so I would be stuck with lfg for hard mode (which I haven't done ) which sounds less than appealing. I want to do it more for the harrowed versions from a collection standpoint but to be honest, the lack of elemental primaries is another turn off from it.

1 ReplyHaven't since the April update and it's made my destiny experience a lot better and less stressful. No longer do I have grind 3 characters through a raid at reset for 6 months for shit armour, shit weapons and to have all 3 characters at 318 light after all that grinding. Great raid but sick of grinding it for nothing. Now I jump on and do POE and crucible with no stress.

I don't anymore as there's no specific loot from the raid I want/need. If only the primaries didn't suck.

I think I've done it less than 10 times in all. I just don't understand the appeal. It isn't all that challenging it takes too long it's boring and its annoying if you're playing with people who die. I only do it at all for rngsus to increase light. Don't even get me started on light

1 ReplyI still do the raid, but not really for me. I've started doing Sherpa runs and getting people through for the first time. It's really cool to get guys that have never beaten the raid through. Love it.

I stopped doing the raid when the Division came out. 90% of my clan went over to that game. At least now I don't have to worry about it to get my 335 gear.

Stopped doing it two months before the April update. Worst of the three raids in terms of fun.

I rarely run kings fall anymore. 8 months of doing the same single raid gets tiresome. Especially since most of the weapons from it are god awful.

The thing is this raid isnt even fun. I kept doing VoG in HoW even after I got the stuff I wanted. The raid was just so damn fun.

Decided I was not going to waste my time Day one. The raid was out 6 hours and lfg was asking for experience only. Did WP Challenge once still not worth it. Would try again with the right group but no big rush
