HC Phantom Bullets: please fix
Have an Eyasaluna with Ridiculous Range. The amount of Phantom Bullets at the end of mid-range is stupid. Hits just do not register.
Always like a challenge, but it would be great if Bungie can reduce the amount of Destiny RNG in its Handcannon's hit detection.

I'm all for a drastic fall-off for HC. But the no damage phantom bullets are horrible. I'm also getting phantom fusion bolts.
