Who has this? Just found out it exists yesterday.
Grants crouch invisibility and backstab (if invised) as well as a general Melee buff...
How come this hasn't gotten more hype? I have all Hunter gloves but this one and this is the one I reaaaally want!!

It's great but I'd rather have 2 trip mines
-
It doesn't get more hype because it's complete trash
-
3 RepliesNobody expects the Spanish Inquisition or an invisible gunslinger
-
I actually like the perks on Kepris Sting however, it is kind of difficult to find armor that goes with it in my opinion. So therefore, I hardly use it.
-
I have it, you don't use it quite as often as you think tho, but I guess it all depends on your personal tactics. It was a relief using it on the War Priest this morning, I was asked to hold the right plate (not a good right plate guy). I used a Vanish grenade and when that wore off my Kephri's Sting kicked in.
-
Backstab is disappointing. It's great if you want to run something other than blade dancer though.
-
1 ReplyJust not a very good exotic to be honest
-
Yup ill still use in crucible mmmm invisible then boom!! Shadowshot haha
-
1 ReplyIf you wanna be really mean use it with gunslinger and throw incendiary knives while invisible
-
2 RepliesIt's a lot of fun. I won't guarantee that you'll be doing better at PvP, but when you get that invis melee and they die to the DoT affect, it's pretty rewarding

Edited by MonthlyMidget: 5/17/2016 11:45:21 AMThey're my favorite exotic. And to whoever said they're ugly, check out my hunter. They fit in with the armor combo and shader I have equipped (Trials gear with Lion Dancer shader).
-
Check my 334. They look sexual on me.
-
7 RepliesIt's ugly as hell. Btw isn't the lingering damage supposed to activate always? Every time my melee connects the poison only kicks in maybe 20%-25%.
-
It was really good in poe gir melee kills. Mix with a hunter gunslinger X3
-
I have it as of a week ago, used it all the time in Y1 trials to flank around and activate Golden Gun while invis👍🏻
-
Had fun with em in yr1. Got em to drop the other day just before teaming up for some CoE and during the round with brawler on, HOLY JEEZ, that was fun. Being able to run NS and not only rely on the millisecond invis was helpful for sure and it was just a different and fun way to PvP there for a bit. I actually knocked out a Stormtrancing lock - they'd sustained some damage but I'm pretty sure it was at full health with just under half their shield when I donkey punched it into oblivion! In yr1 mostly used to free up perk for BD and to go invis to trip mine/throwing knife people. Too fun.

It's really great for PvE too. I can use any Hunter class with it equipped, then crouch down, wait 3 seconds, turn invisible and rescue my team mate that died in a bad place. Also the invisible back stab doe 4x damage and poisons the target (sort of like thorn does).

1 ReplyI got these the minute they released the year 2 version! One of my favorite exotics ever! I main Nightstalker now and the invisibility is awesome! It allows you to shadestep while staying invisible! And backstab melee's instakill in pvp! Also I've noticed it can poison on melee hits...but I think this perk might be bugged. I barely notice the poison damage since the April update...
-
1 ReplyIt's ugly as hell who wants a bug around on their arm lol
-
2 RepliesI like it, but never understand how the hell you're supposed to get behind a target to even do that damage. I don't use it enough, but it seems difficult to do.
-
Use it in crucible with fast cool down blink so a lot of Insta killing. Takes practice
-
5 RepliesA Nightstalker or Gonslinger, able to go invisible at will... I'm amazed these little toys aren't more popular.
-
I loved them in year one. Improved ahamkara spine though, I might never go back for pvp
-
It wasn't very popular even when it was first released in HoW
-
It's ugly, but my favorite exotic.
-
It was ok in year 1. The year 2 perks are great. I run them on my nightstalker and plan to run them on my gunslinger.
