Haha great value, they're literally selling you a tiny piece of code hid behind a gambling box.

Looks like someone bought some silver and got nothing good haha jk But some people have a good amount of money, they can spend it on what they want. Me I don't mine dropping $5 for a few hours of fun or something cool (5$ is like 30-45 minutes of work on minimum work depending on where you live)
-
5 RepliesI am surprised this is not against the gambling laws.

If anyone plays clash royale they would know that the top players have spent a minimum of 15k PER PERSON to have maxed cards. Theres more than 200 people on the leaderboards that have spent that amount.

3 RepliesMicrotrasactions will be the death of gaming

Supposedly the TSA spent 50k on code to randomly display an arrow pointing left or right. So everything is relative, I suppose.

1 ReplyMostly because people are stupid. I've got an iOS game on my phone that is a turn based card game that people have poured over $30,000 into....that's not a typo. The thing is, the people doing it don't realize they are doing it. Shelling out $400 for a single card. Tess is following suit.

Just think about how much money you can make if you stopped trolling so much and because a game developer?? You clearly know way more than any of them!!

1 ReplyEdited by CreativeSteve: 4/17/2016 10:22:22 PMHey viper I get your point on things particularly the microtransactions (they shouldnt be in a triple A title period) but all I have have seen from your posts in recent weeks have been nothing but negative and not much constructive criticism. I am against the armour being sold ( its a grey area and at least it's not guns like in black ops 3) and I have an issue with the rep boosters (these could potentially lead to you getting a gun that more powerful (in terms of light) that other players don't have) but their have been some good things out of this update and that is for the possibility of all players having multiple ways to achieve max light from various activities without having to do the raid or trials. And for sole players (which cover a vast group of the community and me) is very much appreciated and it's about time it happened like this, now with this it shows they are slowly listening finally. It's not all bad is all I'm saying but fight your corner, everyone has opinions on this whole this thing with microtransactions , personally I think the game can be much better without it and I also feel the community can do better with less negativity but hey I guess that's wishful thinking. Just my thoughts, have a good day/night where ever you are in the world.

3 RepliesMany other games have been doing this for a long time and why all of a sudden complain that Bungie is doing it? At least all the items (besides rep booster, which they should just give as default Nightfall reward like back in year 1) are purely cosmetic.

1 ReplyIt's actually kind of fair. They get more from those who have more to waste. The rest of us get it for free. It's like willful socialism! Why steal from the rich when you can make them throw money at the screen?!
-
3 RepliesTrue games like bo3 and now destiny have caused gambling for kids. There making kids steal money from their moms purse
-
4 RepliesI haven't spent a cent
-
2 RepliesOr maybe they're spending their money on what they want in a game they actively play and enjoy.
-
3 RepliesThe armor doesn't even look that great imo.
-
1 ReplySo? It's my money, I should be able to spend it the way I want.
-
3 RepliesI spent $10 and got the full titan spektar set which is exactly what I wanted. I also didn't eat out during work last night so that balanced out my spending. My kids are also well fed, have plenty of material things to enjoy, and all the bills are paid. Responsible spending on whatever the -blam!- I want, some of which happens to be this game which I still find highly enjoyable.

7 RepliesI bought the treasures, regretted it after. Learned my lesson, never again.

1 ReplyEdited by Chief of Booty: 4/17/2016 6:29:35 PMI bought $60 in silver, I also bought a $60 anus stretcher. Guess which purchase I regret more.
Hint:it's not the stretcher
1 ReplyEvery time I go to the PS store to buy silver, I just cant bring myself to do it. I can eventually earn these things in game, just have to have patience.
-
1 ReplyAww, someone deleted their characters because their salty about not getting the armor from the micros they dumped money into.😢

A fool and his money are soon parted. Let them waste their money so that the rest of us can have some free events.
