Cause I main a hunter when I try out a warlock or Titan I can't help but think Hunters require a bit more skill to do well with.

1 ReplyDefender in pvp. It's so situational but excellent! My go-to pvp titan class now.
thunderlord+blessing=machine lord over and over
-
None require skill
-
5 RepliesTitans minus the FoH which absolutely takes no skill whatsoever and adds no benefits to your team in Pve
-
All of the above
-
1 ReplyAll classes require skill.

5 RepliesHunters take skill because it's fast paced and things happen quickly. Warlocks are slow but effective. Therefore I'm voting Titans. Titans are slow but also do things in a fast pace. Big armor but still mobile enough to get kills.

7 RepliesEdited by Cowboybebop: 4/17/2016 8:36:07 PMMost/better players use hunter. Doesn't mean it takes skill. ALL subclasses promote everyone the opportunity to be god level. Spamming B,B avoiding and extending gun fights doesnt take skill. Throwing wombos (mini novabombs) doesn't take skill Throwing a firebolt doesnt take skill. Flame sheild doesnt take skill. Sprinting and then meleeing doesnt take skill. Blink strike doesnt take skill. Getting an oversheild by shotgunning someone doesn't take skill. Running around shocking some guy from 50 miles away with your palm doesn't take skill. Though, IMO Nightstalker is probably the easiest subclass right next to Sun Singer. Good players can utilize their already (better) reaction time by shade stepping out of bad movement choices in a simple press of the B button. Scrubs can turn themselves into gods by avoiding gunfights and barely survive using B,B. It's not fair or competitive. Before you accuse me of being bad or to 'git gud' look at my stats or my most played character (hunter) what subclass do I have equipped? Nightstalker. Imo, Hunter is the best pvp class In the game. I'm not calling for a nerf cause -blam!- those kids that do. There's no way to really change them. I will continue to use them as long as they are prime. It is an amazing and fun class. Though, like anything in Destiny, nothing takes skill.

6 RepliesHunters do not require skill. They are built around pvp which is why there are more hunters than everyone else. Thats why most of the streamers are hunters, that's why hunters occupy most of the leaderboards. If hunters aren't the best in every pvp scenario the they bitch about how something on another class is broken or op. Every time something gets nerfed in this game it's because of some Whiney little hunter that got beat, or a group of hunters abusing weapons and tactics in the game. How sunsingers can go from being called weak and irrelevant in pvp to being cheesey, easy, and skilless is beyond me. How stormtrance can go from being super weak and a floating to the target of all hate in a week is beyond me.

I think Hunter takes the most skill but also can be the most rewarding of skill.

8 RepliesWell of course they do. The way hunters supers are set up means you actually have to work for your kills. We don't have the best grenades or melee abilities so it comes down to pure skill of gun game and positioning. We don't have cheap one shot melee's or insanely overpowered grenades. While gunslinger super is good you are very vulnerable while in super. Arc blade is useless and tether is trash tier in pvp for the most part since even if you shut down another super, they're probably still alive while you were killed before tether even activated. Titans have good grenades and warlocks have the best nades. Both have a "press a button and forget it" panic super. Both have an actual useful slayer type super that can actually kill things and gives them resistances. Hunters take more skill because we aren't equipped with an arsenal of abilities as simple, easy and powerful as the other two simpleton classes. Tis why I love being a hunter.

1 Reply*plays patrol the most* *somehow has skill while going negative on all characters* *doesn't have a titan atm*
