Here is my idea. Make a multiple step quest to find the queen. Personally I would like it to be cabal driven with some taken. Step 1: There is a signal coming from Mars (like the grimoire has mentioned) and you fight to find the crashed ship of the prince on Mars. Step 2: The cabal have the prince and you fight to bust him out of base on Phobos. Step 3: He gives you Intel indicating that the queen is alive and held by the cabal ship that crashed on dreadnaught. So you fight through it to try to find her. There is a boss you kill but she is not there as the taken have her. Step 4: You patrol the dreadnaught to you get a signal for next step. Step 5: There is a final strike to get her. You find her halfway through it and release her from taken. You then have to fight to escape but need to defeat a cabal boss. She is part of the fight and you get to see some of her powers. It could be that you need to dps the boss to a point then queen needs to unleash a power to continue damage. Do this 2 times and on final time the queen launches a super that wipes the boss out and blows a hole in the dreadnaught then your ship flies in so you escape. Step 6: You return to the reef and finally get to see what's behind that damn door that is guarded. The queen gives you a class specific exotic armor piece or type specific exotic weapon for primary, secondary or heavy. Now the catch is its like a raid do you can only complete the whole thing once per week on a character. This way you have incentive to keep doing it. Also to add variety it's like nightfall and each week has different modifiers. Thoughts? Edit: quite a few want nude or sex scene as a reward. Lol. Edit: a few of you don't think she would need saving. It would be simple to put a dialogue line from her after she does the final blast: "Thank you for trying but I didn't need your help. Things were going as planned until you just bungled it. Now leave before you mess up my plans to become the new ruler of the Taken!" - credit: watch_dog Edit: what if that was the plan? What if you need to die to truly become taken ruler? Oryx did laugh as he died in regicide only to become more powerful. It would make sense as the queen dying for nothing would be stupid.
