Designed the chaperone quest??? Who designs a weapon that will only be achieved by the top 1% of players (people with 2.0 K/D) Edit: I was misinformed on how the percentages work. It is mainly on 5 kill streaks and not dying. Finally completed it after a game getting a 10 killstreak and 2 5s.
