Not trying to start a console war but...
Legitimate question. Do PS users generally not care for the Halo series or are there some out there that want to taste the forbidden fruit? Cause halo is awesome.

Getting an xb1 for halo and gears. Figured I can afford both now, so why not? Why miss out on exclusives?

I played it when I was younger and it was fun. But I don't really see the appeal to it now.

Played Halo, enjoyed it, my brother's 360 was used and I have a PS3, PS4, PSP, PS Vita, Mega Drive and a 3DS [spoiler]We have the PS3 and 3DS in common[/spoiler]

I bought a 360 after playing Halo 2 on my friends xbox. Switched to ps because halo's trash now. Its a shame.

I've known a few PS players who have given it a go and have seen Halo for what it is "a pile of trash", personally I like my trash but mainly because of forge

Halo is fun, but it's not a console seller anymore. If halo was still as good as it used to be, playstation players would worship us and kiss the ground we walk on.

3 RepliesI had a 360 with all the halo games , but I did not upgrade to an Xbox one because I did not like the idea of having ads on my home screen. I have a PS4 and I was thinking about getting one for Halo 5 but I have heard a lot of bad reviews on it so I probably won't get one

I switched from 360 to PS4. And honestly, I loved the Halo series. I remember played Halo CE as a kid (still have the working Demo for XBOX) but I switched to PS4 cause my friends were going that way and with 343 taking over. Its not bad, its just not the same.

I once tried to win a free PS4, but there's still no Ace Combat games for it (lest Im wrong about that). Never played Killzone, Last of Us, Uncharted or Bloodborne in my life. Mostly looking into a Wii U because of Starfox Zero :)

I grew up on Halo, but i love my PlayStation. If I buy an xbone it will strictly be for Halo purposes

4 RepliesIts people's personal preference. Not everyone likes Halo, and buying a console for one game is pretty dumb. Thats like asking why dont xbox players care for Rachet and Clank.

I never particularly liked the feel of the games (had 1 and got 3 with GWG). Plus not much has changed so, unless you play it for the story, many may have become bored with the formula)

1 ReplyI have always had both systems. Loved Halo: CE through Halo 3 and Reach was pretty good too. Really don't like the direction 343i went with 4 and 5. I returned 5 to gamestop 4 days after I bought it. [spoiler]got the 3$ scratch warranty and said it didn't work...it worked[/spoiler]

Edited by Zanhattan: 11/13/2015 3:56:10 AMI mean, I have an Xbox One and a PS4, but I don't really care for most FPS games in general. Halo isn't a exception. That being said, it's among the better FPS games. I'm sure if it was on PS4, they would care for it definitely.
