Anyone getting bored of destiny?
I sort of am. PvP right now is just Pulse Rifle here and Pulse Rifle there. PvE is boring because this is how every strike goes...

[b]Edit:[/b] and the raids dont give me any good armor, i got 302 boots three times. I dont need boots bungie, i need -blam!-ing chests and gauntlets for my warlock! Its just boring now... Well might as well pre order Fallout 4
Strange coins are hard to get (i only play on weekends or holidays). Who is the ass hat that decided to -blam!-ing nerf the amount of weapon parts we get? That mother -blam!-er needs to get fired!
[b]Edit 2:[/b] Trials is annoying to. During HoW I managed to go flawless 5 times, 3 on warlock, 2 on titan, hunter I was close. All i want from trials in ttk is the helmet for warlock, and honestly I give up on flawless, 8-0 and then Bungie pairs us up with crappy connection players.

Starting to. I mean the Vanguard Playlist sucks (Like I really want to play the same 3 strikes over and over again, boring). Prison of Elders is irrelevant. King's Fall is...well the raid itself is awesome, but the motivation for playing it just isn't there (let's face it, there isn't much that stands out in the loot tables). Post-TTK Iron Banner sucks (not quite sure how you take something that was working and break it, you kind of have to be doing it on purpose). Vault of Glass and Crota's End are irrelevant (minus the quest for Atheon's Core). Post-TTK, the only endgame activities out there with moderate+ replayability are PvP, Trials of Osiris, and Vanguard Legacy....and I'll throw in King's Fall in this list as well since I know many people are still playing King's Fall. Still questioning where Firefight is.

3 RepliesThis played out exactly the way I thought it would. Bungie puts a creative spin on changing the "leveling system", which in fact makes light level an even bigger deal than before. Then they start handing out legendaries and exotics like candy, but with a catch: they're all under leveled. Now you have to grind for blues just to get them up to par. Very clever sleight-of-hand. I played, and enjoyed, TTK for a few weeks, then it turned into a hamster wheel again. Twice this week I fired it up, but couldn't get past the character selection before shutting it off and playing something else. I must be a masochist for continually drinking this kool-aid. Whatever. Fallout 4 will be out in a week, and then I'm golden.

1 ReplyTrials sucks because everything is RNG rewards and extra extra grind. You used to KNOW you could get a weapon and an armor each week. Went flawless a couple times it was just icing on the cake at the point. Now it's just grind and pray to RNGeezus. Iron Banner used to be worth the grind because the drops used to be good and you could reforge any of the weapons to your liking, alas they decided it was a good idea to make you grind in hopes of getting a good roll. The raid is OK I guess but not really worth end game level grinding, plus the loot system is still messed up so getting a full set takes... You guessed it a ton of grinding. Anyways, at this point it's only kinda fun to troll regular PVP with year one weapons (when they were good).

I feel burnt out as well. Don't even care about exotics because it's always 4th horseman or alpha lupi every time. The raid is fine but takes to long during week nights when I have to work so unless I play on the weekend I'm not really getting better gear or anything. Just waiting for fallout at this point.

3 RepliesI'm not bored of playing, just bored for trying to do the raid with friendly teams. Happy to try it with a crap friendly team or a friendly awesome team. But 9/10 times people quit, get angry and/or rude. It sucks. Just want to enjoy this raid and do a few good runs through it. Never use to be so hard to find teams with VoG or even Scrota

Been bored. Leaving and not looking back is actually the best thing we can do to show Bungie that repeating missions for minimal progression is not fun. I guess we want more time gated weapons. Don't we just love a good time gate and paying for dances and masks? Destiny belongs in the garbage or traded in A.S.A.P.

Are we? You know we are. You think we like doing the same exact thing over and over again? That's fun? Everything we do to get useless loot drops? The "rewards" in this game? It takes a while but it settles in our minds quickly this game is trade in material.

It boils down to 2 main issues. 1. The rewards (and/or lack of) don't reflect the effort required to get them. Either they are useless Y1 or mediocre at best and can be purchased from a vendor. Or... Wait for the next DLC when vendor armour and weapons get a bump in light level. I've been screwed every DLC now on this. It's not fun Bungie. 2. After you've done PvE, all that's left is the laggy / unbalanced / broken PvP. Great concept but poorly executed.

The one thing that really grinds my gears is when I get to oryx after picking up nothing but shards and get more .......... shards. Or a pulse rifle that I've gotten 10 damn times with the same roll. Still no helmet but I've got gauntlets for days.
