Year one players. What weapon/armor took you the longest to grind after?
Just curious.
For me nothing beats mythoclast.
Never have I ever wanted to kill something more then grinding after this gun.
21 hrd raids. Brother got it in two lol. Good ol days guardians.
Edit 1: Seems as though Fatebringer is most wanted yr 1 gun. This is troubling.

Fourth Horseman. Never went out of my way to grind for it, but that was the only year 1 exotic I didn't get until year 2.

8 RepliesHezen vengeance still eludes me and ive been raiding since october. Got my last piece of vog armor just before HoW dropped, was a pair of titan boots! Its irrelevant now but maybe one day i will get that launcher just to complete the set! Crota gear and HoW was a cake walk. I think anyone from day one can agree that VoG rng was the best!!!.......said no one ever!! Haha

No vex after over 40 VoG hard completions.

Fatebringer. It was over 26 Hard Mode clears before I got mine

Hawkmoon was my last pre-HoW exotic to drop, about a week before HoW came out. Other than that, Praetorian Foil and Hunger of Crota, neither of which did I ever get to drop.

Mythoclast as well took me 20. Never wanted something more in destiny lol

It took me 7 months of 3 runs per week to get Black Hammer. And of course, that all means nothing now.
