Hello there, Thank you for reporting this issue. We are aware of this issue with the Praxic Blade acquisition: if the game disconnects or times out during the final “equip the blade and fight with it” section, the quest can flag the mission as completed without actually granting the blade. In that state, re-running the mission usually won’t drop it again. Here’s everything you can do on your side: 1. Make sure the game can actually give it to you On the character that ran Praxic Temple: Update Destiny 2 and your console On PS4: highlight Destiny 2 → Options → Check for Update. Let any patch fully install, then reboot the console. Check everywhere the blade could be Open your Heavy weapon slot and look for the Praxic Blade in your equipped or carried weapons. Visit the Postmaster at the Tower (and any social space you can) and check for a lost item sword. Go to Collections → Weapons → Heavy → Swords (Exotic) and look for Praxic Blade: If it’s available (not greyed out), reacquire it from Collections and continue the quest. If it’s missing or greyed out, the game never recorded a proper acquisition. If after updating + checking all that the mission still doesn’t re-drop the blade, you’re in the soft-lock state described above. 2. Current reliable workaround (if you have another character slot) Create or use a second character (Titan/Hunter/Warlock). On that character, play through Renegades until you reach the Praxic Temple / Praxic Blade mission again. Complete the mission in full this time: Pick up the Praxic Blade. Equip it. Finish the final fight with the blade. Once that second character receives the Praxic Blade: Put it in your Vault. Swap to your original character, pull the blade from the Vault. Your blocked quest step should now be able to progress using that weapon.
