If you have name changes remaining, you can use them to change your name, provided the new name passes inspection from the name filter and you are not attempting to go back to a previously actioned name. Otherwise, you'll unfortunately be stuck with the name you currently have; Bungie does not process custom name changes on players' behalf. Further, additional name change tokens are only given out sporadically to the community as a whole, at Bungie's discretion, and not to individual players.
