Is there any way to unlink my PlayStation account from bungie? I want to use cross saving, but can't. I haven't owned a PlayStation in 10 years and have no intention of getting one. I login to verify through Sony's website but it brings me to a page that says I need to update my account by agreeing to Sony's new tos. Every time I click "agree" I get an error message that says "the connection to the server timed out." This happens on every device/network and is unaffected by a password reset or using a passkey. There is nothing I can on my end to fix this, and the issue hasn't resolved in multiple days. PlayStation support has been less than helpful and the only thing they did after hours of verifying info was send me a password reset email with instruction on how to "secure" my account. The follow up was them telling me there's nothing they can do. Does anyone have a fix for this? [b]Update[/b]: I found fix [u][/u] This is a known issue that PlayStation is choosing not to acknowledge, but if you login through https://id.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/id/management/ instead of the normal Sony website you should be able to accept the terms of service and regain access to your account.
