All Characters Gone
I'm returning after some years. I know I had the game on Battlenet, but I'm playing on Steam. I definitely played before, as I have 311 hours of game time on Steam. There are achievements acquired in 2020.
The game has me at the Cross Save message as if I never played before.

1 ReplyEdited by EckyThump: 3/21/2026 10:51:52 AMHey there, I can see three characters here on your Steam account, so if you're launching the game on this same account, those characters should be accessible. Are you just stuck at a cross-save message screen after launching the game? On Steam, you have to press and hold the Enter key, to get past it, I remember it being somewhat non-obvious and people were stuck there. That should take you to character selection where you'll see your three characters.
