I've been playing D2 since launch on PlayStation and recently bought a PC with the intention to switch over to that. I at some point linked an old steam account I had forgotten about years ago, but now want to unlink that old Steam account in order to link the steam account I currently use. I deactivated cross play and waited the 90 days, but it still will not let me unlink the steam account. One of the help pages says I need to authenticate all associated accounts. So I did that with the old steam account, but it still doesn't give me the option to fully unlink it in order to link my current steam account. I have access to both steam accounts, but want to leave the old one in the past.... Bungie, please help, I'm really trying to play your game.
