bungie is partnered with numerous streamers who either cheat or play with cheaters, they knowingly avoid banning these individuals as they bring players into the game, even if those players are simply fresh accounts who have been banned numerous times on prior accounts. Im convinced that this is the case as i was banned from playing the game despite having never cheated myself but rather because I called out some of these individuals who i now know to have close ties with people at bungie. do what you will with this information, i dont have the time or want to fight this injustice further, im done.
