SURPRISE!
One of the things I love the most about a new game is the occasional unexpected feature. Something that didn’t get mentioned in the trailers, podcasts or advertisements.
In Marathon if you forget to remove your Battle Pass voucher from your inventory and put it in your permanent storage vault, spawn into a map and die, another player can loot it off of you.
That’s right, your Battle Pass is a lootable item.

1 ReplyI saw that in a news article. It's so hilarious you can't even make it up! I mean, your hard earned money that paid for exclusivity, just ripped right off your body in game? HA! Yet, oh and yet, this still won't be the straw to break the camel's back. The camel being the people who willingly defend against their own interests. This kind of thing should have [i]never[/i] made it passed testing, yet here we are. Bungie's ineptitude shining brighter than sun in the sky. Why is it people will let them get away with this and call it fine? Sure it can be backtracked but the damage is done. It's just another notch for the court of public opinion to put on their belt.
