Time travel with vex Dredgen bael teams up with Maya Bael wants to undo the guardians Maya wants to recreate the golden age. You follow them through the infinite forest that literally updates and opens up the entire history of destiny as playable locations. Be able to go back and just decimate the old foes with new powers causing alternate timelines Save Cayde and Amanda but lose eris in the same move Get to use the d2 powers in the entire d1 story but allow it to change When Maul would take the tower....he doesn't because you beat his -blam!- at the tower then you get to evolve the story from there Maybe Maya fuses with the hive or the witness Maybe Bael takes the throne from Gaul This would allow for logical replay for the entire storyline with slight changes and weapon updates and be able to erase all this stupid edge of fate madness. Make it all about bringing back three of nine that reshapes reality to what it should be Let us visit our own grave again or hell make this the precursor to d3 that has a totally different history and power mapping due to historical changes. There's just sooooo much opportunity to do something awesome with this story and path right now and I don't understand how they don't see it
