Witch's eye, Keeper of Memory Boss Bug
So I was wanting to do the "Report: ALTAR-REFLECT" Quest line from The Witch Queen Expansion and for some reason the Boss that spawns, the Witch's Eye, Keeper of Memory refuses to open it's eye and cannot be damaged to proceed, so no one can proceed with this.
