Cross save not working
When I login to my epic account my cross save isn't showing my playstation character even though it works on my microsoft account

Was cross-save already enabled when you added the Epic account? If cross-save was already enabled prior to you adding the Epic account then there is a bug that can cause accounts added post cross-save setup that doesn't properly add them into it. The fix for it is, unfortunately, disabling cross-save -> waiting the 90 days -> re-enabling cross-save, this way all accounts are included from the initial setup. Once Bungie are back on Monday and they see this thread, they'll likely have a look at your account to see your cross-save setup and whether or not the Epic account has been included in it. Avoid doing anything with your cross-save setup until Bungie can have a look.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately it seems your Epic account was indeed added after Cross Save was enabled and isn't included in your Cross Save setup. To get around this, you will have to disable Cross Save and re-enable it after the 90 day cooldown.
