#DarkAgeHunt emblem: can’t sign in to Bungie Help on my main PSN-linked account

Hi Bungie Help, I’m trying to submit my #DarkAgeHunt clear video (posted on social media) via the Bungie Help request form to receive the emblem, but I can’t sign in to Bungie Help with my main PSN-linked Bungie.net account. Issue Opening https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/requests/new redirects to the Bungie.net Zendesk SSO login. After authenticating via PlayStation, I’m sent back to https://www.bungie.net/7/en logged out, and I still can’t access the request form. What I tried Firefox and Edge (same result) Different network (mobile tethering; same result) Cleared cookies/site data and disabled tracking protection during testing Key finding On the same PC/network/browser, a brand-new Bungie.net account linked to a Steam account can sign in to Bungie Help and access /requests/new successfully, so this appears account-specific to my main PSN-linked account. Question If my main account can’t sign in, can I submit using an alternate account, while providing the correct main account identifier in the form, so the emblem is granted to my main account? If so, what info should be included If this cannot be resolved in time, please let me know if there is an approved alternate way to submit my SNS video link for the emblem. I also posted in another thread about the same Help Center Zendesk sign-in loop issue, and it looks like other players are experiencing this as well.     • Hey there, could you go to your account Settings, to 'Email and SMS' and confirm you have a verified email linked there?

      • I and so many others are having the same issue praying bungie sees this and has a fix in time before #darkagehunt ends

        Also, this looks account-specific: the same environment works with a brand-new Steam-linked account, but my main account can’t sign in to Bungie Help even when using different linked login methods. Is there any user-side fix, or does Bungie Support need to review the account’s Help Center/Zendesk linkage?
