Arms Week Bugged?
I have pics just don't know how to post them; I'm not able to spend my Telemetry. It's a little irritating when my first weekly event challenge plainly states "Spend Telemetry Tokens". I have close to 200, maybe more, but when I go to Ada, in the Range, her UI indicates I have earned none.
Any body else have similar issues, or any possible workaround?

Yes it is bugged. It is dropping old currency and therefore we can not spend it, Bungie is aware and will update us.
