There is no counter play to homing scatter nades i cant shoot them, they will kill me, they get to hold angles for free, the cool down is very short devour gives increased nade energy to the class that already gets more than everyone else and does even more damage with grenades reguardless of stats being over 100
none of my grenades can do this, and they can shoot tripmines
I dont want to have to play invis just to not get cheseed by homing nade
why is it like this? theres alot of game breaking bugs and extremely dominant exotics and abilities just going unchecked right now week after week
someone leaves my team after match one, i play through all with my remaining team member just to get nothing at the end
next match same thing enemy team nades every corner with a big healing circle on the angles we need the only difference is im the one who leaves now
feels really bad, im gonna go play some splitgate now.

Tom Selleck's moustache is impressive, but don't forget about Sam Elliot and Burt Reynolds. Wilford Brimley deserves an Honorable Mention.

Edited by EMUracing: 1/26/2026 6:55:45 PMScatter nades are not really much of an issue. I can hear when they land, and get enough distance that they barely do damage. Its teammates that dont recognize the nade, and sit in it long enough to die and spawn new seekers that are more of the issue than the grenade themselves. When I try using them, I may get 1 kill per match with the grenade, if the player is not paying attention and stubbornly trying to hold an angle too long. Against good players, I can barely get a hit at all, because they have good movement, and movement basically makes the scatter and axion bolt grenades pretty much useless because the seekers are way too slow. They only really work against players with poor positioning and movement. So, if you find yourself getting tagged by them multiple times in a game, you need to start thinking about your positioning and movement. Dont go to the predictable reveal angles, because those will be timed with a grenade before you get there. If a scatter is thrown in reaction to where you are, you have more than enough time to reposition without taking a hit. The only time you can tag a good player, is if you pre-throw it before they get to the spot... otherwise, there is so much time to run away since the seekers are slower than the players movement speed. As a voidlock main, I find contraverse vortex to be far more consistent than scatter on manacles. The tiny bit of suck that they added allows you to use it with the pocket singularity more effectively.

I don't play invis or scatter nades or weavewalk and would be happy if those all go... as I'd like to use my weapons in PVP ... and by weapons I don't mean just current season Bungie... I mean the whole history of weaponry.. let us use the vault.. and tone down the abilities to support
