Hi,
For some reason I had a popup for crosssave and I signed in with my PSN, but it turned out I had linked my steam back in 2017. So it over wrote all my destiny characters with steam ones.
I deactivated the crosssave but, I still cannot see my old characters I have.
Please help me out on what to do here. I’m freaking out :/

2 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out! You will need to ensure you choose the correct set of characters when enabling Cross Save. Please review our Cross Save Guide for more information. Please note that the 90-day cooldown for deactivating Cross Save cannot be circumvented.

Cross save sets one account as the primary. Those are the characters you will see on other cross save linked platforms. No characters are overwritten or deleted. They’re put aside and become accessible again if you disable cross save. All you should need to do is disable cross save and all of your characters will be available on their respective platforms. If you have multiple accounts on any platform then make sure you’re signing into the correct one. If you have actually lost characters through this process then either add the HELP tag to your original post or repost in the HELP forum and hopefully one of the BNG accounts will take a look.
