cross save limbo
Can anyone help me?! I am stuck in a Cross Save limbo state. Cross Save shows “Get Started,” but my PlayStation account is locked as “Linked” with no option to unlink. I have not completed Cross Save setup or confirmed character selection. The wrong PSN was auto-linked during authentication. Please help me reset Cross Save and platform links so I can link the correct PlayStation account i dont wish to restart the grind for over 9yrs of gear.

Hi there, Due to mandatory security policy, Bungie is not able to remove connected platform accounts from Bungie.net profiles under any circumstances.

You can't unlink accounts anymore, you're forever stuck with what you setup even on accident untill bungie makes a change in the future, which isn't planned as far as I'm aware. Note that contacting Bungie won't change anything, you can't and they can't change anything.
