They are so obtuse in Bellevue they probably didnt get the reference. The timers are fine if used appropriately. For instance, a timer could be used as a gauge. If you can complete said activity within the prescribed time limit, loot will rain down. If not, normal level loot is obtained. Not steal revives and wipe the encounter or worse yet send a player to orbit. If someone wants hard core timer effect, let it be an option. I'm older and despise timers. I dont even get the mentality behind them. If a company needs to show player count why would they want content to be rushed. Doesn't make sense other than it's an uninspired, modifier that took zero brain cells to install.
