Hi there folks, this info is probably well known by now but I’m going to mention it anyway. The Vanguard Ops Quickplay and Arena Ops Quickplay activities offer a guaranteed shiny weapon with accelerated assault after 3 completions of each. I previously stated it was 2 chances per character per week but I was wrong. It’s 2 chances per account per week. As of writing this the weapon is the Evening SI4 which is this seasons solar sidearm that boasts really high stability and with arrowhead brake it feels like a laser. Pair it with heal clip/subsistence + burning ambition/ incandescent and you’ve got yourself a real work horse of a weapon. Yes I hear you Yeartide Apex user but this sidearm can drop with the accelerated assault. Trust me it’s a beast.
