I now understand everyone is expendable when it comes to D2.......
My Bungie name has been the same since D1. Now its been changed to Redacted!!!! This is ridiculous that someone can report your name because they don't like it and it can be taking away. I've used the same Gamertag on multiple games and platforms and have never in over 20 yrs of online gaming had this problem. So this is what happens to Veteran players? The Redacted Gtag is the equivalent to having a Prison Number assigned. This is unacceptable and very embarrassing. I understand Bungie has the right to do whatever because it's their game and they make the rules. But C'mon enough is enough. Go after the guys who 1 shot Raid bosses and have 1124.5 kd in Trials! Banning a gamertag without notice or reason after having it on the platform for 11yrs is absurd. But hey, I'm just a 54 yr old gamer that cares about FAIRNESS!!!! RIP DiAbOlic S4ve

If you'd like to appeal your name change please view the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48629]Appeal Ban or Restriction Contact Form[/url] and make sure to select that your Bungie Name was changed.

Both are against the rules, both should be enforced. At 54 years old one would assume you would be able to see why your gamer tag may not have been wanted in their game. Just pick a different one that follows their guidelines and you dont have to have your "prison" number.
