Currently, Deimosuffusion's Suspend damage ticks applies a very, [i]very[/i] small amount of self-flinch from the heal. Normally imperceptible beyond your gun faintly shuddering from the hip, certain weapons are designed to take much more flinch; weapons like Linear Fusion Rifles and Sniper Rifles. Using this Exotic and any weapon designed as such significantly hampers your accuracy even when you are not taking damage, with Special Linears suffering by far the most with their low zoom and much higher flinch modifier. Apply enough Suspend and your gun will cosplay as a dryer with a brick in it.
