Still not getting Rose
Completed my placement matches, noticed I got Rose on second character, but not my third. My third did not have a free Kinetic slot, and a Rose is not in the postmaster. My placement quest also progressed to the weekly challenge.
Are you supposed to get a Rose roll on every character after completing placements? If so, this is still bugged...
