2 RepliesEdited by Talia Sendua: 5/5/2026 6:28:31 PMThe game going free2play was the biggest mistake Bungie ever did in regards of game quality. And honestly, I think Free2play games should be legally banned unless the laws change in a way that Free2play game studios are contractually obligated to produce in best possible quality for their big cash shops.

The players have woken, the days of buying bungie games, for the best parts , to be exclusive to elites are over. Casuals or average players shouldn't buy something, They can't enjoy every piece of content. No fun getting vex 2 years after it's peak. Too much gatekeeping, to many obstacles. Make a damn game everyone can enjoy fully

11 RepliesAnd as most of us knew, Marathon is dead. Bungie sucks 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿

8 RepliesYou think if they ported D1 to PC it would have more numbers than Marathon? Like kind of a remaster by adding ledge grab and Raid Banners? 🤔

1 ReplyMarathon never had much chance of survival. It was against the odds from the beginning. Bungie launched Halo and redefined the FPS genre on console. At the time Destiny was the biggest selling new video game franchise launch. Bungie (and by extension Sony) assumed that the ‘Bungie magic’ would do the same for Marathon/extraction shooters.

10 RepliesLol they not because now they have to clean up the mess of both games now and I'm more concerned about the next big update because it sounds too big for a free update without some sort of catch to it to make up for it in some way.

8 RepliesAt this point they are killing both games, which is sad.

Both had 14k yesterday 😆
