You know what might actually help.
Gibbie the people a free win on their card at first.
Or orrrr, they could earn the possibility of like two free starter wins by doing something else.

Agreed. I have no problem grinding at all. If I can only get 1 adept in the amount of time a good player can get 10 in fine with that. I'm willing to put in the time. To be honest having players like me in the queue is beneficial for the good/great players to get their cards done too. Can deal with getting my head kicked in if it's worth something in the end. I don't need to go to the lighthouse.

I honestly think that after more people figure out how it really works and get used to the changes to gameplay that passage would work pretty well for most solo players. There does seem to be some people that think that it means they're supposed to play the same amount or even less. And its hard to say how long those people will sit with no wins on their card or how long they'd be willing to take to get an adept. Seems like it could possibly work great with a higher player population, like most things trials.

I think that was their intention with this card and initially probably will work. I just don't think it's sustainable.

Edited by A_mo: 3/11/2024 6:32:43 PMThe unfortunate thing about sustainability and this game is that people just refuse to understand that you can't suddenly show up to something that's supposed to be competitive and have it be all about attending to your needs. I didn't really play it until today and to me it feels about like a card for an adept for a solo player should feel. Of course things can be tweaked in upcoming weeks and there are other factors at play like the gameplay changes. But overall it doesn't seem like too too much to ask. That's something that's going to be different for different people though. One thing I can say is that getting a or some permanent wins on the board might be a little off putting to some people at the beginning. I personally played PvP all week and was like "I just don't feel like it" on Friday. So getting people over that initial hump and helping them get the ball rolling is something they might want to look into.
