Ah. I never watched Black & White. When I was a li’l Aifos, I watched everything up through Diamond & Pearl, but stopped partway through, due to my seething hatred of Dawn. I did keep up with the movies, though, but somehow by complete chance I saw very few—if any—of the Gen V movies. I stopped watching the movies come Sun & Moon because I hate that new art style. I actually tried to rewatch D&P when Pokémon TV came out, thinking this “I hate Dawn” attitude was mostly just made up, but no, I couldn’t get through the first episode because I legitimately cannot stand her. :p

Lol. For me this is weird due to my overall acceptance of every character except the above one. I'll admit I have not seen every: - Epaiode - Movie - The games I have played only what little time my friend would allow. For what it's worth I found aloha island to be the most relaxing and comedy centric of the series.

It’s weird for me, too, actually. I don’t hate anyone else in Pokémon. Just Dawn. And I have no idea why. Which is a bit ironic, considering the Sun/Moon games were one of the darker ones, at least out of what I’ve played. It was heavily implied Lily’s mom was abusive, and that was part of the reason she was the bad guy.

Checked with my sister who had seen all of Aloa and Lillie's mom was not evil/Bad guy throughout the entire series. The difference between the mediums makes me think alternate dimensions.

Really? Man, they didn’t follow the story at all then; Lily’s mum was the final boss. And yes, Pokémon has more or less confirmed the different mediums are parallel dimensions. There’s 5ish dimensions making up the game, and then 2 more for the comic/TV show.
