Anybody else think that Cuirass deserves a ornament?

An ornament would be nice, but why are people calling for a nerf? If youre getting shat on in PVP by a thunder crash titan, thats gonna happen even without the cuirass.

They won't because not many people have it, or will ever have it, so it won't sell well. More likely to add another stompees one (there's already 4) or a transversive steps one (there's already 3), bcoz they're crucial to the movement feeling somewhat normal and a huge % use them so are likely to sell a lot Never forget bungies motivation is money. I tried to get this in vele labryieth 12 times on legend and did not get it (the most times i have ran to get a exotic in lost sectors). Plus, every exotic needs at least one ornament.

I dunno, I really dig just the original look of it. The cords over the shoulders, the Thor circles, it’s great without an ornament IMO. I say let it age a bit more. But if you ask me, I would rather have Bungie try again with Synthoceps, seriously. “Bulby” is how I would describe these arms. I don’t mind the glowing veins that much, but I do spend way too much time trying to get creative with the shader combinations to make it work. There’s an ornament without veins, which makes it easier to [i]shaderize[/i] but damn it, I still look like Popeye! The SIVA one looks good, shape-wise, but let me be able to change the red part to a different color, please! Try again with Synths, Bungie, I’ll wait. Remember, less Popeye is better. 💪🦾 (Gasp) I just had an emoji-velation! Maybe mechanical arms like Jax? 🦾👈 Aww yeah

I personally think its gorgeous as is and no matter what shader I put on I can't seem to find one that it doesn't work with. However I wouldn't be opposed, all I ask is that verity and le monarque get one too

Surely Verity's Brow tops the list of Exotic armour pieces that don't have an ornament but desperately need one? It's a great item but it looks horrendous.

3 RepliesEvery exotic deserves an ornament. On a semi-related note, exotic weapons should also be able to take shaders.

1 ReplyEvery ornament should have at least three versions. 1. Whatever they are originally (current Cuirass, Sixth Coyote base looks; there might be someone that likes it) 2. Understated space/sci-fi themed and appropriate to your class. Big padded Titan version, Minimalist Hunter version, Space Wizard Warlock version and possibly 3. Over-the-top "look at me" version based on the lore of the item (think event armor).
