you were told by back a good month before forsaken came out that xur will NOT have forsaken exotics until way into forsaken's release. don't expect to see any new gear until at least december when black armory comes out, cause it took about that long for taken king exotics to show up in d1.

They need to return Three of Coins. They reduced drop rates of exotics, so three of coins would have had more of a purpose, and more purpose for Xur to sell them.
