Iron banner rift is shit
Nobody knows how to play rift. Everyone treats it like clash and ignores the rift. I have played about 10 games in a row and they have all been blowouts. It's not fun. Thanks for ruining iron banner.

1 ReplyDoesn't help people don't die when they've been killed or people who continue shooting you when you were behind cover after the first shot or the game being so laggy you can't even dunk the spark. Makes me regret buying in to this franchise.

while I agree it is shit.. its a team game and playing it solo makes things worse.. turn on your god damn mics if you play solo and start communicating.. What is ruining rift and for that matter all iron banner and trials matches is the lag.. -blam!-ing red bars.. bungie has been handing out restrictions and bans for months and yet we can't get one single match without a red bar.. I would venture it is at 20% of guardians have such poor quality internet, be it the isp, the location they live, the wifi they use, or whatever other excuses have been given.. its pathetic and it is ruining the game..

Had problem playing solo. Than found good team of 6 on lfg, and we had a blast. Lost 1-2 games in total.

I went in as a group of 3, one of them being a 386 guy thats trying to get gear to level up. The 3 blueberries we got most games were complete morons. I think we won 2 out of 6 and in both those games I had 32 kills and 44 kills. Randoms should never grab the spark lol. In the majority of the games theyd either try and grab the spark without shooting anyone at all (had a guy with 5 carries and a .24k/d......) or they sit back and pick off the random guy who doesn't matter. Awful but at least we won a couple lol.

People for the most part group together to assist or take out the spark runner. Only in one game so far was I stuck with two douchebags that sat motionless, sniping the hallway or open area on Pantheon. They, of course, were in last and second to last place. I dislike the spawn time, and the overall play of the game. But I haven't had the serious issue with dumbasses just playing it like clash as last time.

I'm just getting bounties done and getting to rank 3, so I'm just having a blast win or lose. If I wanted to stomp I'd get a team together.

what's funny is that the IB bounties have nothing to do with rift specifically, which is a god send for every match I've played everyone could care less about slamming the rift and are more about getting the kills to get those done!

only took 11 matches to complete all my bounties on my hunter after 4 matches I have all but 1 done on my warlock. seems pretty fun to me.

I like to just sit and protect the rift as the other 6 man fireteam destroys my team. I'd rather not go out and play 6v1 every match. So I chill. Shoot a little and get the rewards.
