19 RepliesNo. Those of us who've been here since the beginning have "shaped the game". Don't believe us? Browse reddit threads dating back to Sept 2014. There are things in the game and things taken out of the game new players don't have a clue about. I will say this though. Bungie listens and then shits on us all the time. Problems we have brought to fruition have been adjusted and then systematically re-ruined. Etheric light, re-rolling guns, the removal of currencies, etc are all products of community leaders detailing problems and suggesting solutions. What Bungie does with those things down the road, that's their prerogative. Vault space? The community. Better story telling? The community. The removal of Dinklebot? The community. There's no denying that we shape the game. If you don't believe that, it's because you've never tried. Have a problem with the game? Do an executive summary of that problem and detail it with a realistic solution and watch what happens.

I remember playing some strikes a few months ago. It was valus and we were at the tank. I died to it and one of my teammates starts bagging me. He thought I was a noob or something. He then had his friend message me and call me a noob year two -blam!- or something. Then I got reported and comm banned for two days. I'm a week one destiny player and have at least a thousand hours into this game. -blam!-
