Personally I found the game pretty fun, but the fact that the beta is the actual game is kind of disappointing. Everything on there is what the game will be. All the maps, characters and game modes is all there. Overall it really doesn't seem worth buying. Not that I don't enjoy it, but I'm already pretty bored and I'm level 5. Guess it's not my kind of game.
What do you think #gaming? Is it a must buy or did it disappoint?

2 RepliesFun, but seems to get old quick. It'll be tight if Blizzard cross platforms with Xbust and PC
-
I started Overwatch with low expectations (from Battleborn) but loved it! I'll definitely be buying it
-
4 RepliesNot worth $60, I'll wait for a price drop

5 RepliesIt's a blast. As I've played more I have slowly learned how to use characters I thought kind of sucked more usefully. There are also these moments where I clutched a win either by healing everyone or staying alive long enough for the team to Respawn and capture the final point. Never played a game were I feel my actions actually help us win

I got to lvl 43 before the end of the beta wasn't bored one bit

13 RepliesEdited by CookieKiller001: 5/9/2016 9:22:27 PMI'm level 20 with over 12 hours of gameplay and I'm not bored yet. In define fly getting the game on release. My favourite characters are tracer, the Hindu robot, soldier 76, reaper and mercy. I also like widow maker, just not as much as the others I listed.

6 RepliesI've legitimately never felt so excited for a game. Sure there are other games to be hyped about (Battlefield 1 FTW!) but there is some sort of charm and appeal that I and many others have little experience with. It's hard to explain, but I actually feel that this game will be nearly perfect.

3 RepliesSeemed somewhat disappointing. Not going to pay for such a small amount of content and no story.
-
8 RepliesI'm just sad the beta is over. I am no doubt getting the full game.
-
1 ReplyThe game gets boring real fast if you don't have people to play with... Aside from that, its a blast...

ranked!

It's hard to play any other shooter now
help me pls
Edited by Rezinihplod: 5/12/2016 3:26:45 PMI really enjoy the wide variety of heroes, but I hope they add more gamemodes and a gamemodes select as they're currently lacking in that regard.

2 RepliesRandos are shit. Another forced team game full of every WIC card window licking nobody playing it. 60 bucks? Pass.
-
16 RepliesMeh....but moba games isn't my thing so I can't say too much. The demographic for those games seem to be geared toward a younger crowd. What adult pays for little content there is on it. Not a good or bad game it's just meh. Same for battleborn. Just got rainbow 6 siege and I'm loving it so I'm good on mp for awhile anyways.

1 ReplyBoring. There isn't anything to it. Same thing over and over and over again.... Played a couple of days but that's more than enough for me.
-
A lot of people seem to like it and that's great, but I lost interest super fast and wasn't having enough fun to justify purchasing it.
-
It's definitely not a must-buy. I'll wait for the $40 edition if it comes to consoles, not gonna pay $60 for forced skins.
-
2 RepliesI never played the beta, but I might pick it up some day if it gets good reviews.

2 RepliesAt first, it was very fun and exciting game to play. I loved the animation of the characters, I loved the graphics, and it sorta felt fluid in the combat, but after the infill fun factor wore off (wore off pretty quick fyi) it became very boring and dry. The characters move VERY sluggish and slow, even for the "high mobility" characters. The agility moves some characters have take WAY too much time to reload such as Widowmakers grappling hook, which takes 8 seconds, it's like why even have that ability if you can only use it every once in a while? The maps have these invisible walls where if you play as a wall running character, like genji, he won't be able to climb to the top and there is no indication that it won't let you go that far, which is a real big bummer. Also the character balancing is way off, as in some characters are too OP and some won't stand a chance in hell again others due to them being so weak. Plus, you don't market your video game with amazing cutscenes, pixel quality mini movies, outstanding graphical trailers that show loads of depth and story, just to have a video game that focuses on ONLY MULTIPLAYER, not single player campaign and no cutscenes whatsoever. That's false advertising at its finest, and a blatant bait and hook. If you have friends and have time on your hands to play with them, you can get it, but if you don't then I don't recommend this game.

1 ReplyI played it over the weekend. It's fun...I just don't know if it's $60 fun.
-
Its awesome. Still worried about the price tag for the amount of modes the game offers.
-
So far two betas have provided me with the most fun in 2016. DOOM and now Overwatch. I'm about to be broke

It's fun but I'm pretty much done with it until its actual release.

It's a must buy. Only 2 more weeks!
