Are you being out gunned while you have your scout equipped? Or while trying to shotgun?
Become flexible! Go to a pulse on maps with shorter fire lanes. Try a fusion on a map with tight, mid range tunnels. The opponent is amazingly compliant in marching at you in line...
Being sniped? Avoid the lanes and flank. It feels great to turn a corner on say, Pantheon, to see a hard scoping sniper as you fire up a fusion. You know he's just cartoon-crapped in his cartoon pants at the sound.
Nerf yourself, and by that I mean think, thank, thunk out of a singular mindset. Every puzzle has a solution... every load out you face has a counter.
Enjoy your game more and more by experimenting.

1 ReplyYou mean like nlb for close/mid and 1k stare for long?
-
i run NLB and a shotgun always. fits everything .. at last for me
-
I always do that!
-
Use lastword for close and 1k for med 2 long, For telling this you could easily write in 1 sentence. GG mate !
-
Or just use a long range & close range mix. It's kinda effective. #buffthehawkmoon

6 RepliesEver tried the FWC fusion rifle
-
The best thing to do in pantheon against snipers. Just start off by running down the path where it's hard as hell to get the heavy ammo without falling and just jump up the side where Zone B is and take them by surprise. I always get at least 1 kill
-
1 ReplyI've found I can do well on most maps with a mida+sidearm combo.
-
1 ReplyFusions op (Audio is a bit off, I don't know why!)
-
3 RepliesHard light, every level. Try it. Be different.

Edited by WhitEWatchEs: 4/5/2016 6:25:52 AMTons of players would have more success if they actually equipped their guardian according to the map. So many players only know 1 primary, secondary, and heavy. To be honest there are only so many options you can use to be competitive. You always have to play in the current meta to some extent.

1 ReplyNeveeeerrr! I will use a Fusion on a map as small as Cualdron and as big as Sky Shock! ~I'll Ram your ass!

2 RepliesNah Imma just keep my Twilight Garrison and Chaparone on
-
1 ReplyTlw + 1kys Thats my solution
-
Yes, but mf two seconds after I switch from anything that isn't top-tier, I'm instantly mowed down by 50 TLW's.
-
Hold on a second, did you say "firing up a fusion rifle"
why I never
-
-
I flex all the time. Even during the match if I see something will work better for the team I'm up against. How your enemy plays can impact your need to change. Campers vs rushers for example.

13 RepliesEdited by Hangz: 4/5/2016 3:34:39 AMMy grasp is good in any map.
whats. Special?
Lol Xbox, OK I'll use a different shotgun. While you use a different sniper.
-
I agree. MIDA doesn't work as well in Thieve's Den as TLW. TLW doesn't work as well as MIDA in Shores of Time. This might not be true for everyone, but generally speaking, it holds some truth.

3 RepliesFusions destroy snipers AND shotgunners just for the fact the don't expect a fusion.
-
This guy. I praise you man instead of nerfs how about we bitch on the weak guns across the board and try to play against somebody's loadouts
-
I always switch my weapons based on the map. I can't stand people who always use tlw/mida, 1kys and Quillums.
-
2 RepliesI used to all the time, but now I only switch if it's a big map. I've been trying to get really good with First Curse and I've gotten kind of hooked on it. It's good at close and mid range, while most weapons are only best at one range, so it still does well. On large maps I switch to a scout. FC is better way outside of normal hand cannon range, but it can't handle that.
